I/We agree and do hereby release from all liability and hold harmless, Darrell & Kate Bach, Writer's Circle and any/all of its employees representing or related to the Writer's Circle Program. This liability release is for any and all liability for personal injuries including death, property loss or damage in connection with any activity or accommodation of the above mentioned Entities. The signed does hereby further agree to abide by all the rules and regulations that are presented by Writer's Circle personnel and instructors. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina in York County and any/all applicable Federal Laws.
